Cancellations must be 48 hours in advance or $20 fee will be charged before you can reschedule with Beyond Beautiful again.
If you are sick on the day of your appointment please let your esthetician know. We work close to each other's faces and do not want to spread sickness. Appointment may be kept or rescheduled depending on the situation. Cancellation fee may be waived depending on the situation
There is a 15 minutes late grace period. After 15 minutes a $20 fee will be charged and may result in a cancellation.
For lash extensions, if you fail to follow aftercare procedures and more than a reasonable amount of lashes are missing, you will be charged equivalent to how much of a fill you would need for the next appointment.
Beyond Beautiful does not fill other lash artist work.
Within 24 hours if your lash extensions are causing allergies or irritation, Beyond Beautiful will remove them for free.
No refunds, as Beyond Beautiful uses their products and time.
